Our contact policy
We are a very small business where the people who do the work are also the ones who answer the phone. In order to serve our customers better we place higher importance on the quality of work we are currently doing than the ringing of the telephone, and we will often let calls go to voicemail to avoid interruptions. We will also do this when we are flying or driving. To assist us in helping you we ask that if you reach our voicemail you leave a detailed message that includes your reason for calling and as much information as practical so that we may be prepared with the information you are seeking when we return your call. Business Hours
We work flexible hours and will often take bookings on the weekend or after hours to fit our customers' schedule. We also travel frequently to serve our customers needs. For this reason it is not advisable to visit our hangar without first making an appointment as you may be disappointed to find we are not there. We request that social visits be kept short and preferably to break times. Please be mindful that while we are always happy to chat to old and new friends, we do need to make a living, and we do this by charging for our time.
